The much anticipated debut litter of our Ripple has made its entry into the world. As Labradoodle breeders, we always wait with great anticipation for the arrival of our Labradoodle puppies. With Ripple and Armani from Dreamland Labradoodles though, there was even more anticipation than usual.
Ripple is a uniquely coloured and patterned Australian Labradoodle and Van Isle Labradoodle followers were curious to see what Ripple’s babies would look like.
She didn’t disappoint any of us with her gorgeous little family. We have 3 females and 1 male. There are 2 chocolate phantom girls, one chocolate with slight phantom markings girl and the male is a solid gold/red colour.
Ripple is a very uniquely coloured and patterned Australian Labradoodle and many Van Isle Labradoodle followers were curious as to what Ripple’s babies would look like.
The puppies began their arrival at 5:05 am on June 27th, 2018. By 6:25 am, they were all born and doing very well. The puppies had no problems latching on and nursing right away and Ripple is doing a stellar job of keeping them spotless. I think the puppies would prefer if she would quit licking them so much so their feeding wasn’t interrupted!
Ripple has happily gone outside since the birth of the puppies and has eaten a light meal. We are attempting to convince her that wrapping the puppies up in the blankets is not the best plan but she is bound and determined she should keep them all covered. We will keep persuading her otherwise and she will soon settle into doing things properly.
Labradoodle breeders are always excited to have interesting patterns with their puppies. At Van Isle Labradoodles, we are thrilled to have several different colours and patterns with our breeding Labradoodles. We know our families appreciate their interesting, eye-catching looks. At the root of everything though, as well balanced breeders, we always ensure that excellent temperaments, good health and adherence to the ALAA breed standard come first and then the fun colours and patterns after we have excellence in all other areas.
We hope you enjoy following the Haute Couture Litter as they grow. We hope one of these little ones will follow in Grandma Peanut’s and Mama Ripple’s footsteps and join the Van Isle Labradoodle breeding family in the future.
