There has been a lot of milestones this past week.
All the puppies have their ears open now and can hear. Whenever we come in the room or when Spirit comes in the room, they respond with excitement because they know something good is happening. They are also all walking now. We have put pee pads in the welping box with them and they are doing quite well with that. Sometimes they poop in the wrong spot, but they are working on it.
They are starting to play with one another. There are lots of growls and little barks going on. Sometimes quite loud barks, they are starting to interact quite a bit with one another and really becoming puppies. They play very well together, no one is mean nor is there any clearly dominant personality. They are slowly developing their own little personalities and once they are moved into the Doodle Den there will be even more development coming.
The last major milestone from this past week is they have started eating solid food. Spirit needed a little bit of assistance keeping up with their growth. What they are eating right now is goat’s milk mixed with pablum. It is plain rice formula and they have all taken to that quite well.
They are starting to play with one another. There are lots of growls and little barks going on.
Very laid back and thoughtful. Waits and watches what the other dogs do before deciding if she will join in. She much prefers nursing over eating the pablum, she knows how but doesn’t think its all that interesting.

Confident, outgoing and a little leader. He does not like being told what to do, he prefers to do things his own way. Isn’t quite as loud as he used to be, but when he gets frustrated we hear about it. He has gotten a lot more affectionate this week as well.A beautiful puppy with a lovely personality.

He is a lovely little puppy. He is balanced, calm, placid and quiet. He is also very self assured and gets excited to see us. He loves eating the pablum and also always offers us a little tail wag when we come in. He is just a very nice puppy.

She is very thoughtful and considerate, she takes her time to watch how others do things before she decides for herself how she will proceed. She can figure things out on her own but prefers to have someone else figure it out first. She is definitely a follower. She doesn’t boss anyone around, very passive little love bug. Very cuddly and sweet.

She is tenacious, fierce and a little wiggler. She is a go-getter, little but fierce. Tackles problems head on, she is bound and determined to find a solution that will work her way. She is a lovely little personality.

. He is such a little angel, so sweet and cuddly, totally quiet and smart. He was the first puppy to figure out how to properly eat the pablum off the pan, which is quite an accomplishment. He is clever with excellent problem-solving skills. He isn’t a leader, nor a follower. He is just a very calm and smart little guy.

She is a very independent puppy, almost aloof. She is often separate from the other puppies but loves to be cuddled. Often enjoying laying on her back and getting a tummy tub. She enjoys eating the pablum but definitely prefers nursing. She very clever and patient, rarely getting frustrated. She is a good little problem solver, persistent and calm.

He remains just a beautiful puppy with a lovely personality.
