There are three really big exciting days in this process, family visit day is very exciting and obviously pickup day is the most exciting. But between those days is Allocation day, the day where the families learn which puppy has been chosen to be theirs forever. Today we share that news with everyone.
Ringo will be moving to Courtney with Lucia and Martin, a retired couple. They live in a townhouse, so they needed a dog that would be fun and entertaining but that can handle living in a smaller space. Ringo is a perfect match for that, he is fun and playful so he will get them out for walks and fresh air. But he is also the type of dog who is quite happy to come and curl up next to you. He doesn’t startle easily, so the sounds of the complex won’t cause him to bark and get anxious. He will be a great addition to this couples life.
This beautiful dark chocolate phantom is going all the way to the UK as a breeding prospect for North Bound Labradoodles. She is a beautiful mix of temperament and breed standard in stature, she will make an excellent breeding prospect. Hilda will be staying with us a bit longer than her siblings, as there are health requirements for her to meet before she can be transported to the UK. Taylor will fly with her on a seaplane to Vancouver, where they will spend the night, the following day they will meet with a professional pet service who will handle the flight arrangements to get Hilda from Vancouver to London, England. We are very excited to see the puppies she will produce in the UK, our first Van Isle pup to go to the UK, we are so proud.
This lovely dilute phantom is moving to Victoria with her Mom and Dad, Sharon and Bob. Sharon has been waiting patiently for her Christmas present from Bob. They are a lovely retired couple who will be kept quite active with this little barrel of fun. She is a very snuggly and lovey little girl, who loves people and adores being picked up and loved. Sharon and Bob wanted a dog that would be a lot of fun but also calm. Bob very much didn’t want a dog that barks, we have yet to hear little Cinnamon bark so she is a great match for him in that way. Sharon is over the moon excited and can’t wait to shower her new puppy with attention, which is exactly what Cinnamon lives for. So that will be a perfect match as well.
