Oceana’s puppies are two weeks old today!  Almost everyone has their eyes open and are taking in the new sights.  Although they can’t actually discern much with their newly discovered vision, it is a whole new world out there for the puppies who have opened their eyes.

The photos this week are not the best by any means and that is because the puppies are all so feisty and incredibly strong!  It was all Renald could do to hang onto them while I was trying to get some pictures of the squirming dervishes.  Usually at 2 weeks of age the puppies are still very mellow and happily sit still for their pictures.  Not The Moving On Up litter – no way!  Every last one of them was squirming and complaining and struggling to get down.  So I apologise for the photos not being great but we did the best we could with this lively group.

Oceana is happily looking after her brood as well as happily going outside to chase the ball and run around with the rest of the group.  Appetites are all good and generally speaking, everyone is sleeping through the night quite peacefully now.  We are happy about that!
