Razzle Dazzle are 1 week old

The Razzle Dazzle puppies are now a week old! They have all more than doubled their birth weight and are doing great. The order as to who is the biggest to the smallest goes Pink, Red, Blue, and Purple. So the girls are the biggest and the boys are not quite as big. 

Ripple is doing great as well, her coat is still nice and shiny and she hasn’t lost any weight. She is comfortable taking little breaks from her duties as mom and is playing with her ball and running around like her usual crazy self. Her diet is nice and healthy, she is eating three to three and a half pounds of food a day as well as enjoying some lamb/ beef neck bones. We know she is doing well because of her energy level and of course with how well her puppies are doing.

The puppies themselves still have sealed eyes and ears and aren’t yet eliminating on their own, so their main achievements are sleeping and eating which they are doing quite well. We have moved them into a smaller whelping box to help keep them all in close proximity to each other and Ripple, which helps them stay calm and relaxed. They are making cute little sounds and some have started to get up on their legs. They are getting more mobile and are able to move across the whelping box. 

All four puppies are black and white, with at least one phantom and either sables or tri-colors. We just get to wait and see what develops as they grow, we will also do a DNA swab around 4-weeks old and know for sure.

Weight Gain: 343g

Sweet, gentle and relaxed. Tan markings on her face and eyebrows. Suspected tri-color, possibly a sable.

Red
Current Weight: 629g
Weight Gain: 411g

She gained the most this week. Loves lying on her back and is very quiet and happy. Black and white Parti.

Blue

Relaxed, calm and happy little guy. He is a phantom, with tan markings on his face, ears, eyebrows and bum.

The talker of the group. He has tan markings on his face and eyebrows. Possibly a tri-color, or sable.
