After over 30 hours of pre-labour and actual labour, our precious Pippa (Puppy Love’s Pandora) gave birth to 5 adorable labradoodle puppies on October 6th, 2016. The Pawsitively Perfect litter makes it very clear that Pippa and Paddington (Alpenridge Another Good Story) have terrific chemistry together.
These 5 cutie pies come in delicious dark chocolate, rich red and creamy caramel. Yummy!!! These labradoodle puppies are all minis and it is always such a miracle when little creatures arrive and within literally minutes they are tottering about trying to find the milk bar. All five of the puppies are nursing well and very content with their wonderful Mama Pippa.
Pippa is a very fastidious Mom and keeps the puppies clean as a whistle and is quite particular about how the whelping nest is made up. When I smooth the bedding out or replace it, Pippa is in there like a shot digging it all up and arranging things to her satisfaction. Apparently I don’t make her nest quite the right way.

Pippa is also being one heck of a fussy labradoodle mama. She is turning her nose up at many of her usual favourite foods and requesting a very specific mix of beef or lamb with a bit of rice and it all must be warmed up nicely with bacon grease being stirred through the mixture. To a new labradoodle Mom I guess that is a yummy concoction. I’m happy to make her whatever she would like as she has quite a few hungry mouths and tummies to keep satisfied.
For the Pawsitively Perfect Litter families the excitement has just begun! Now they can look forward to watching the little labradoodle puppies grow and develop their own look and personalities. The wait for puppy assignments seems like a long one but the time will fly by in the wink of an eye. Labradoodle puppies grow up far too quickly – just as our children and grandchildren do. Check back often for updates and photos and join the fun as you watch this litter of mini labradoodle puppies grow up until they go to their forever homes.
Pippa’s litter is sold out but if you would like to be considered for a mini labradoodle puppy from one of our upcoming 2017 litters, please submit an Application Form. We anticipate enjoying 2 or perhaps 3 mini labradoodle litters in 2017 as well as 2 medium labradoodle litters and still have availability for all of our upcoming 2017 litters.
